Yes, anyone can use it.
What type of event would benefit from having a photo booth?
Any event would be enhanced by a photo booth. Who wouldn’t like to go home with a photo of themselves with their friends? Most of our photo booths are rented out for Weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, High School Dances, Birthday Parties, Turnabout Dances, Proms, Middle School Parties & Dances, Class Reunions, Charity Events, Quinceaneras, Anniversary Parties, Holiday Parties, Team Building Events, Luncheons, Employee Appreciation Days, Sweet 16’s, Trade Shows, and Private Parties.
Will there be someone at the event to maintain the photo booth?
Yes. A professional attendant is on-site at every event to ensure that everything runs smoothly with your photo booth!
When do you recommend we reserve our Photo Booth from PhotoBooths.com?
The earlier the better. Making sure you have the right elements at your party or event is key. Be sure to reserve your photo booth online at PhotoBooths.com or fill out our inquiry form.
How long should I rent the photo booth for?
It all depends on how long your event is. Weddings typically last 5 to 6 hours. Mitzvahs are usually 4 to 5 hours; and high schools dances are usually 3 to 4 hours. Birthday parties vary greatly.
Can we rent more than one photo booth for our event?
If you have a large party or function, we encourage our clients to have multiple photo booths. Each photo booth will have a separate operator and all the photos will be uploaded to one central online photo gallery located at PhotoBooths.com
Can we use the photo booth to help raise money for our charity, school or churc
Yes! We have numerous ways to help utilize a photo booth to raise money. Please fill out our inquiry form or call us so we can help you determine which option would be best.
Is the photo booth wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we want all of your guest to be able to enjoy the photo booth.

Do you provide props?
Props are included in some packages, simply contact one of our photo booth specialists to review your options.
Are the props child friendly?
Of course, but we always tell the parents of children younger than three years old to please be extra careful.
Can we supply our own props?
YES! Please feel free to bring whatever you want to enhance the fun for your guests. As long as it fits into the booth and isn’t dangerous, you can use it.
Are the props clean?
Yes, we sterilize our props after each party. Props get retired very often so we always have the cleanest and best quality props at your event.

Are there limitations as to where the photo booth can be set-up?
Not really. We can place the photo booth practically anywhere.
Can the photo booth be setup outside?
YES! But we need to have a guaranteed cover, tent, roof, etc… in case of bad weather.
How many people can fit inside the photo booth?
We have had as many as 16 adults and 2 babies in our photo booths at the same time!
How much time is needed to set up the photo booth?
We prefer to setup 90 minutes prior to your event, but if only 60 minutes are allowed or even 30, we will make it happen and have it ready to go for when your guests arrive!
Do you charge extra to setup the photo booth?
NO. Delivery and setup are built in to the cost of the photo booth rental.

Photo & Print Questions

What exactly is the Scrapbook?
Photo booth scrapbooks are the way to go. This is a scrap book which you can add to your package and our professional photo booth attendant will manage for you. For each photo strip that is generated, an additional copy will print and the attendant will glue it into your scrapbook. Your guests can sign or write a message next to their photo with colorful markers. This scrapbook will then be handed to you as a nice keepsake. Looking through all of the photos and reading what your guests wrote will bring you a lot of fun for years to come.
Will you publish our photos on the Internet?
Yes. They will be uploaded into a private, password protected gallery on PhotoBooths.com that you and your guests will be able to log into with a name and password.
How fast do the photos print out?
About as fast as it just took you to ask the question and read the answer… 10 seconds on average per print.
Are the photos of high quality?
Very much so! High definition is the only way at PhotoBooths.com. The prints are superb and the online photo strip gallery is amazing!
What if I want more than one copy of the same image?
We allow unlimited prints. Just remember that if you are asking for multiple prints to allow some extra time for them to print.
Can we personalize the prints?
Definitely! We encourage our clients to personalize the prints by adding their logo or event date to the bottom of the photo strip. These logos or text can be full color.
Do we get unlimited photos?
Yes! We don’t want to limit the fun your guests can have while using the photo booths.
Can we choose to have only Color or only Black & White Photos?
Yes. If you prefer to have only color or only black & white photos please let us know ahead of time so we can set it that way. Then, when your guests get into the booth, the option to choose color, sepia, or black & white will not appear and will be overridden with what you want.
Are the photos on the website ours to print and save to our computer?
You can save the photos so you can share them on Facebook. If you want to purchase hi-resolution images, that option is available along with ordering prints.
Do you filter the content of the photos placed in the event gallery?
Yes, we do because we understand that some of the people viewing the gallery may be young and the content would not be appropriate for all.
Can we remove a photo or photos from the event gallery?
Yes, just give us a call or send us an email letting us know which photo(s) you want removed and we will make that happen.
Are the photos on the website ours to print and save to our computer?
You can save the photos so you can share them on Facebook. If you want to purchase hi-resolution images, that option is available along with ordering prints.

Payment Questions

What is your payment policy?
We require a 50% deposit. The final payment is due the week of your event.
Do you accept credit cards?
Of course! We accept all major credit cards.

When will my Credit Card be charged?
We will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card when your contract is digitally signed. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified immediately and prompted to use a different card. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will completed and transferred securely to us. Your deposit will be charged within 24 to 48 hours of the time you book and the balance will automatically be charged the week of your event.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes! We never send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. We encrypt your information and send it over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice a key or lock icon at the bottom of your browser window.

How soon after the event can we see the photos?
You can expect to see all of your photos within 48 hours of the completion of your event.
